She was the Training and Development Manager for one of the largest local online for-profit colleges as well. She has been an online and on-ground Professor, Online Journal Editor, and Curriculum Writer, running and writing grants as well as writing summer camp and equestrian curricula.

She is the President/CEO of, Catalyst Group, Inc., her company which provides all the services you see on this website. She is acting Vice President/COO at: Inland Real Estate School, Inc., and is responsible for day-to-day operations and company structure.  She is also a licensed Realtor in Michigan and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois.
